Got my door cards and roof in for re flocking at the moment as my car is a bit faded on the inside.
I obviously want to do the whole lot at the same time but im not sure how the rear inside quarter panels come out.
Can anyone give me an idea how I go about this ?

Take it you mean the panel immediately behind the door(s)?

By 'prising' off the door/targa seal, the panel will 'lift' out of the channel at the lower edge of the triangular rear side window.
At this point, you'll notice that the seat belt is still threaded through the slot in the panel. I've never done it, but I assume you can un-bolt the lower fixing of the seat belt and thread it through said slot, along with the tongue that clips into the fixed stalk on the tunnel side of the seats?

That's the only way I can see of doing it...someone else may have an alternative.

There is a screw right in the bottom corner too on mine. As Nawarne says, the panel is wedged-in at the top so just needs 'encouraging' out.
