ECU Diagnostic software

Ok so have managed to get the car to talk to the laptop but every 3-5 seconds the software resets its self to 0 and then starts to take fresh reading before resetting again and then the cycle repeats its self. Any ideas please, have people found that the new Android software easier to use?

Are you using the TVR or EvoOllies software? Direct serial connector or serial to USB converters?

TVR software downloaded from my Tuscan Then via serial to usb, beginning to wonder if bit rate is wrongly set?
