What's this wire

As title says, was lurking under rad.. Assume it's earthing but not connect to anything

Bit of a guess here, but I'd say the top one is the earth/ground wire from the radio aerial.

I'd try and trace it back to the N/S void behind the light access panel - radio aerial located here.

It should go to earthing point on cross-member around/below dry sump tank....All based on assumption of course!!

Thanks, I'll have a look. The radio reception is rubbish and often doesn't pick up a thing, so guess it makes sense. Where would be the best place to ground down there? Was between the engine and air con rads....

Mark....beginning to think I'd upset you ;-).

There is an earth point on lower, front-most chassis cross member. All the other "black wires" bolted on this post...sort of below rad'...think it's a 15mm nut?
