Guys, short notice I know but I'm also going to have to pull out of tomorrow. It's not car related though as I picked it up from Elmwood TVR this morning and it's running perfectly, it's work.
I've got a proposal that has to be done by Monday and I just have to crack on with it.
Have a great time and hopefully join you all on the next one.

If anyone else is joining us for breakfast make sure you enter by the Campbell Gate off Brooklands Road not the MBW way in

Great weather once again and a cracking route. Pity we had so many drop-outs but was great fun none the less with Matt taking the honours for the most blistering pops'n'bangs including flame throwing.....hopefully that GoPro footage came out. That 348 was proper loud, even in the company of three Speed 6's

How's everyone fixed for a run on the 21st of June ?

Had a solid two days working on Samy.

21st June sounds doable for me.

Hey guys, great drive out today, really enjoyed it smile

Lots of vid footage, I'll check the tunnel run and share it.

Here's to the next.

PS, pleased to provide the pops and bangs! hehe

Looked a fun day out. I was busy but have freed 21st of June up. Twickenham was ram packed because of yesterday's Rugby but nice to stroll in Richmond.

Count me in for the 21st, as I'm seeing the Foo Fighters the night before though I might not make an early start at Brooklands if you're doing that.
A bit gutted I couldn't make it yesterday

Sorry chaps, but I cant make the 21st of June as we have plans. Ill be along to another though smile

Thanks again (and sorry!) to Rich who was following me when my brake lights decided to stop working on the run.

I traced the fault back to the brake light switch at the pedal (what a fiddly little thing to remove!) but I have ordered a new one. I traced it down to the following number "Crouzet 83161-3" and bought the identical part on RS components for £2.38! I love a cheap fix!

Cheers

We have only done two and both were completely trips.

I'm based near Guildford so that works for me in the future smile

Glad it was a cheap fix Matt! Tricky to execute a heel and toe down shift whilst giving arm signals...

I've got a prior engagement on the 21st unfortunately, but have a good one!

Think Matt meant to say "different". We're flexible on route/meets according to who's available. Generally speaking the better routes are South & West of the county. We'll confirm the week before if the weather's looking to behave itself.

Uh-oh, SWMBO just informed me she hadn't put a family commitment in the diary for the 21st so that's no good for me either now. Happy for someone else to take up the reigns in mine & Matt's absence or open to suggestions on an alternative date.

Also word of note for those that use Elmwood TVR, Pete had an accident with a fuel tank this week and is off with burns for a couple of months so they're not taking any bookings. I can defer the tappet shim inspection till he's back but it has developed a rear suspension knock after a run to Kent yesterday. If Toby can't do that, anyone got any other suggestions barring Mole Valley who still think they're living in main dealer world.
