I recieved an email from Racetech a few weeks ago advising that they were now offering an improved starter motor. Spec is below. I am considering as I suffer from hot starting issues and very sluggish turnover once driven.
Question, is the spec a significant performance upgrade on the standard motor, and will it solve the issues I am having.
Also is this an easy fit?

I fitted one of these to my car:

You need to do a modification to bring the air box support bracket back to its original position but the starter motor transformed the speed at which the engine turns over. I also fitted a new battery and stripped and cleaned the earth leads. End of hot start issues.

I was also encountering occasional hot start issues recently.

I removed the starter and had it stripped, checked and refreshed by an auto electrical firm; I also changed the battery as when tested it was only providing 56% efficiency (though was 100% charged) - huge difference, now turns over superfast. Was only £70 for the starter refresh and obviously no refit modification.
