It's straightforward, I've had agreed value with mannings previously and classic line this year. This is what they need:
"We can accept an external agreed value should it be provided from a non-biased professional
(the person/persons who sold you the vehicle we cannot accept valuations from)."
I would ask the specialist you use for servicing that know the car to write one up for you. Submit the valuation with some recent photographs and the classic line valuer will review and hopefully accept the valuation.

I've been with Classic Line for the last few years, and unless something has changed recently, the process is you submit your own agreed valuation, along with £20 and some recent photos of the car. They have always accepted my figure with no questions asked.
