I have the ebay one to fit. I bought it after Jack Valiant (iirc) recommended it having fitted it to the Gredge (single wiper).

Yup, I bought the Racetech one. A lot better than the old Citroen loop from aesthetics and performance. My only problem was the nearside silicone hose kept trapping itself under the bonnet as that had sagged due the central support end perished. Once I'd renewed that post stop it was fine. If you go for this system I recommend threading the hoses through the wiper arm springs, looks a lot neater. Be aware they are non-adjustable so can fire partly over the screen. I keep meaning to put a screw clamp on under the scuttle to reduce the pressure a bit. The driver's side does need a loop of slack as seen in these photos:

On the whole it is an upgrade but TBH it looks even better with a central scuttle mounted jet.

I got the eBay kit for a Vito van from these people on EBay (looks like exactly the same kit as you have linked to).
I have fitted this to both my Tuscan and Chimaera (just bought the nozzles for one as there was plenty of hose in the kit to do both).
The only additional bits that I needed were a couple of small black cable ties to keep things from flapping about as I mounted the nozzle further towards the wiper.
The input to the nozzle is under the arm on the Vito ones so it looks tidier in my opinion.
It works very well on both cars.

I fitted the eBay one to my Tamora a couple of weeks ago. The 4 jets on each unit point pretty much straight up at the top and straight down on the bottom. Some adjustment with a pin but it still risks flying off the top of the screen and washing the back edge of your bonnet.

The Racetech jet looks pretty neat.
