If you have a MK 2 with a Binnacle in the center section - here is a decode of what the seemingly random light colours indicate.


Door control panel release light's up green with ignition on but drops out momentarily once every ~8 seconds until all inputs have been operated, orange when moving above 5mph, solid red when anti hijack is activated, flashing red for alarmed, flashing orange for window stalled whilst operating.
