Fuel Pump - no power

I've can't seam to get power to the fuel pump.

I get all the lights on the ignition. new battery. checked the fuses but no sound of the fuel pump when you turn the ignition anyone got any ideas?

Intertia switch needs resetting?
It's in the boot, under the flap and I think you just push it in the middle to reset.

Immobiliser not releasing

Ok so I now think it's the alarm....anyway of by passing the alarm?
