Has anyone had the following symptoms- my heater fan struggles to start, it groans like its stalled and then frees up and runs, it seems to stop and start running in use and the fan speed LEDs on the fan speed control dial/switch flashes on and off in time with the fan stopping and starting?

I have similar symptoms with the flashing LED's and fan stopping and starting. I have had the Heater ECU repaired but this did not cure the problem.

I find if I remove and reconnect the multi plugs on the heater control switches this will cure it for a bit, I suspect either a multi plug pin is not making a firm connection or dry solder joint on the switch. It's on the Winter list of things to do.....

Thank you for the advice, I will remove the panel and use deoxit on the connections - do you know where I would find the heater ECU?
