Top Ball joint removal ?

How do I remove the top ball joint from the hub?

The 4 cap screws look very rusty and seized, not sure what size they are because I can't seem to get proper access with allen keys / socket.

That's the only way. Undo the four screws then lift the arm up. The nut for the ball joint is underneath. I find those ball ended allen keys a great help.
