I'm open to suggestions as to what an "Air Booster" does

Looks like it will increase the air that enters the engine bay from below, whilst still providing bracing of the standard plate.

^^What he said! Looks like replacement for (laser?) cut stainless chassis brace plate under engine....The lower 'restraint' for the air trunking is visible. Guess the item is fab'd from small square section tube?

Verpoorten are trying to get into the TVR 'market'. Very obliging folks.

One I made earlier. The area at and behind the antiroll bar needs stiffening, up front there is enough metal. This has stiffened things up a fair bit, I made one for the rear tray as well

,


The cut/drilled brackets don't do a lot they just fill a bolt hole and look cool. I have a fitted pic somewhere... maybe post later

Oh yeah, meant to say it is lighter than the stainless original
