Picked up my Tuscan last Friday...
...cannot describe how impressed I am with the car. Staggering pace and control (certainly compared with my previous 4.0 Chim, gawd bless it) and the colour...
wow!
But I have two problems. The first is that the front driver's side indicator isn't working and so the indicators flash v. quickly. Could be just the bulb but both sides indicator lenses appear to have moisture in them. Anyone come across this?

Also, the windscreen washer only works intermittently. The motor appears to be pumping (I can hear it) and yes, there is water in the reservoir!!!! Any thoughts? Blocked pipes, perhaps?
All the best and thanks in anticipation,
David.

The indicator sounds like a blown bulb.

As for the washers the feed pipes sometimes come disconnected under the main bonnet they are better held in place with a small tie-wrap, see if you get water on the floor when you use them.

Washers could just be the holes gunked up, try clearing them out with a pin

Graham ta...
washers turned out to be a kink in the pipe, now straightened. Indicator bulb changed (at the cost of 40 quid at TVR dealer), but has now blown again!

Graham if it's damp inside the indicator lens, then this could be the reason the bulb has gone again. Since you have already paid 40 quid for professional replacement you should proably get your dealer to look at it again.

Gary, there is damp in the indicator lens...I queried that and the dealer said that it wasn't the cause. Sounds to me as if it could be.
Only went to the dealer because of proximity at the time. Am using David Batty for servicing and I think I will rely on his skills!
Thanks for the response,
David.

Hmmm, electricity, water, blown bulb - not related???

I would certainly have expected them to dry out the lens when they changed the bulb - and even if it isn't due to the water, surely the dealer can help find what IS causing it
