Noodles,

Dream-machines are my dealer and i can confirm there jolly nice people to do business with. Although my car has been far from problem free they have at all times done their best to try and sort things out.
It's a family concern with Tony as head honch and his son Ben whose a good bloke, suggest you chat with him RE:cerb.p/x.

Im their tomorrow to pick my car up, i think Ben said the Viola car had been bought by someone from Brighton ;-)
But methinks he was havin a giraffe

P.S. it is the same car from P/H ad.

What do you mean

If it were the same car as below then I'm not sure I'd want to buy it, just take a look at that mark on the side. Looks suspiciously like the owners been abusing it at a trackday (and I wouldn't be surprised if it hadn't even been run in when this shot was taken) and through his ineptitude he's had a high speed spin and hit a cone

I shall let you know. Have they treated you well in the past?

Tony

Yes, we find them really good. Service Dept and mechanics really great guys, personal service and helpful. Treat them with respect, and they bend over backwards. I'll let you know what they've got after visit 2morrow.

Evening,

Has anyone seen a stunning or particularly outstanding Tuscan for sale recently? I would prefer to use a main dealer - but there seems to be a lot fewer around at the moment than there was about a month ago!

Just missed mine! Saffron Pearl 4.0ltr - However, Williams of Bristol should be getting their hands on it in the next few days in part-payment for my new 'S' Visit PH classifieds and you'll see it as 'sold'

I would second that, have been using Walldonway (www.walldonway.co.uk takes you to their front page, TVR link from there) for a few years, first off for servicing my Chimaera and then for ordering and servicing my Tuscan - I started using them when I lived in Kent, and have carried on using them while living in Holland and now West London.

Give them a call and ask them to fax over their stock list - 01732 870386

Mike E said.."what do you mean?"

The point I was making was that the car is probably still for sale and that someone was simply 'havin a giraffe'(laugh) about it being sold to someone from Brighton.
My reasoning as to why this should be the case was that I had said the shocking pink colour was IMO 'girly'when I first saw the car. The reference to Brighton should now be quite clear but should you require further clarification don't hesitate to ask.

Singh, of course I knew you meant that and was just having a laugh

FYI I was the original owner of that car and was responsible for speccing it in such a restrained colour scheme (before replacing it with a much more subtle 'Swordfish spec' Tuscan). Must of lost count of the number of blokes who questioned my sexuality over that car - very amusing at the time

Don't know whether the dealers are aware of this but this was the 8th Tuscan built back in Jan 2000 and was, shall be say, a little rough around the edges - anyway I'm sure it's been sorted and is now in tip top condition (although I would have thought £25K would be nearer the mark).

cheers,
Mike.
