Hi,
Just wondering if there is anything in particual (apart from the obvious) that should be looked at when buying a used tuscan?
Is there certain recalls i need to look for? (read a lot about finger followers)
Is there a certain year that has more problems that later years?
Any/all advice appreciated!

Ahh the Tuscan checklist...
Tom sent me this and it was extremely useful (thanks again). There's virtually everything in that apart from a download of commonsense when buying!
One thing I didn't notice (I may be wrong) but check all the segments are present on the LCD display. I drove one with a load missing and it makes it very difficult to read things (this one was so bad you could hardly read the big rev counter!)
Finally, go to either an independent or a main dealer, get a good warrenty off them and enjoy the thing to the max. I traded in a Griff 500 for my Tuscan and I've not been disappointed. They're awesome

Thanks DC, I'll add that to the list as something to check.
Glad you like it, I’m working on an enhanced version with a few more things to check and more explanation about why you should be looking for certain things. Not sure when I’ll release it, but hopefully I’ll get time to finish it soon.

And how do I know if it has been subject to a recall or not?
I can send you the checklist if you email me through my profile. I think the factory will have records of which cars have had engine rebuilds and recalls done so I recommend you contact them directly for this information.
