... he did - well, he put down a £300 deposit and made plans to collect the car tomorrow. Unfortunately he just called and cancelled, due to discovering a very big tax bil. So my Tugger is still up for grabs:

Yes it sucks, but the chap was more upset than me. He's wanted a Tuscan for ages and thought this one was perfect for him.

I was just hoping for a nice clean break with a quick sale. Dragging it out only makes it harder.

Be interesting to see how you fair with the 350Z. A lot of people on the RX-8 forum have considered it when ordering their '8s... myself one of them. However the price and 4-seats made me go for the RX-8, plus hopefully the Tuscan will be staying - and 2 2-seaters doesn't make any sense.

No way you can keep both then?

I wish! Nope - don't have the loot. That's why I'm looking at a used Elise as well, to fulfill the raw sportscar void the Tuscan will leave. Obviously they are very different animals, but the Z will give me space, comfort, safety and a decent foot full of power, and the Elise will be an awesome summer/track toy. Not happy enough with the Tuscan to have it as my only car all year round, so I decided to try covering my needs with 2 different cars instead.

I don't need any more than 2 seats, lucky for me and Mr Girlracer , so the Z will be fine.

www.s2elise.co.uk/lls/frontside.jpg

and a Clio sport

I was think of swapping both for a TVR/porker as an only car.
And here you are doing the opposite
My brain is doing over load on what to do atm.
