RPM to MPH conversion...

Anyboby know roughly what MPH equates to 6000 rpm in 5th...

I had this out of the Tuscan but the analog speedo was all over the place and I was going a bit quick to start messing around with the LCD display! Think it may be my top speed in the car so far and it felt very stable which is good to know!

I used to know the RPM/MPH conversion for the Griff which is handy when your speedo is a compulsive liar, but have no idea in the Tuscan!

I did work it out once and of the top of my head belive it's 26.4 MPH/1000 RPM in top so that would give you 158.4 MPH at 6K RPM.

doesn't sound wrong...had mine at 5800 in 5th and the digital recorded 151mph

they can be screwy but it is somewhere in that ballpark.

just to be nosy, where did you manage to find enough road/little traffic to get it up there?
