Sorry I can't it was 21 years ago!

I setup the Tuscan Owners (yahoo) email group in early 2000 and organise a few meets in 2000 and 2001 and met him there as I was also living in Fleet at the time, but can't find any pics of him or his car I'm afraid, and the Yahoo group is long since gone

I looked up Raspberry 200 Tuscan in the archive here but only found your ownership since 2015

Do you have the original order form from Hawthorns, that would show the original owners name?

I took this picture at a local Tuscan meet back in early 2001, is this the original numbers for your car? If so I think his name was Paul Kershaw and Googling him he’s still in Fleet.
