Ok

Was driving the tuscan yesterday and when I started it after lunch there was no heat from the vents. I have check the connectors under the centre console, unplugged the small box under the dash on the passenger side and checked the fuses and still no heat. Anyone get any ideas what else to look at. It is still blowing cold air and it doesn't have AC.

many thanks

do a search on here, loads of threads about this, in particular Andy O'Learys one with photos of replacing the heater motor.

Yup have had it in bits this afternoon and the stepper motor will open the flap but not shut it again so stays on cold. Have jammed it shut to keep hot air coming into the cabin at the moment till a new stepper motor arrives.

Cheers for all your help guys
