Rover cylinder head numbers

Hi all, I'm sourcing a replacement cylinder head for a customer (MG zr van 2.0 td), I have found a head on a rover 220 td. The engine number on ours is LDF 107420, theirs is LDF 105520. Are these a match (can't compare as haven't bought it yet).
