Falling fuel prices could be coming to an end already

So cheap fuel could be coming to an end very soon according to an RAC spokesman 
Apparently the price of oil is showing early signs of recovery, which means prices are estimated to shoot back up:
RAC fuel spokesman Simon Williams: "Motorists have seen petrol and diesel prices reach their lowest points since 2009. Since the low of $26 a barrel the market has started to creep back up.
"If this continues for a sustained period, wholesale costs will rise further which will in turn lead to pump price increases."
