I hope many of you voice your opinion, especially those who live in London. You have until 18 December to reply to it. Loads of lying bullst as usual to gain money to spend on pathetic stupid schemes.

Done. I have no particular issues with tightening up the congestion charge zone. Anyone who drives in that (unless they live there) is barmy.

Extending to pretty much the whole of London will cause carnage and just turn into a massive revenue exercise for something that will happen naturally anyway as most people change their cars. Policing it on a london scale will be very hard as well - unless they have a camera on every street corner, people will be able to bypass it.

I tried, I really did. Made is far as:
"The equivalent of around 9,400 deaths per year in London are attributed to air quality related illnesses"

What exactly is the equivalent of "around 9,400 deaths"?

14,926 Church steeples is the equivalent to 9,400 deaths per year
64 Chinese Goldfish are the equivalent to 9,400 deaths per year
Chalk is the equivalent to 9,400 deaths per year

If you can prove 9,400 deaths are caused by pollution, bloody well put "9,400 deaths were caused by pollution" if not, don't put it.

Maybe 940,000 people are only going to live 99% as long?
None of them will actually die... yet.
But perhaps 1% will eventually die each year?

You have to listen to doctors hospitals and more admissions with people having respiratory problems.

Children supposed to be more affected by pollution either ignore or make changes to stop car pollution which isn't easy.Either way inhaling a lot of S H I T E in your longs can't be good can it?
