Do you think they'll build in and auto "brake test" whenever an English driver is behind?

'....The Spanish dont know sod all about cars,.....'

??
have you not heard of Hispano-Suiza / Pegaso ?
ok, were from a previous era but even so....
do a web search and then compare them to the cars that were being built here at the same time

Sorry to sound cynical, however we have been here before countless times...Marco's, TVR, Ascari, Noble etc have appeared and then disappeared and it is not as if the Spanish are renowned for building cars (Seat excepted) esp in this sector of the marketplace. Plus will the car be homologated for the world as I think that the UK is unique in SVA regs.
Italy have an SVA type arrangement.

.
I wish it did !!!!!, but Italy doesn't have an SVA system, and unfortunately we have inept bureucrats running our system.

You would have to go through Low type Approval in Italy, and that is very expensive.......

The engines were designed by a very talented spanish engineer, and the bodies by Touring Superleggera.

The chap I bought me PGo from also imports a little MGTD replica from Malaysia.

He SVAs the cars here as the volumes. at the moment do not justify the expense of Low Volume type approval and until RR rocked up with rear hinged door everyone at VOSA were saying that you could not get any type approval for suicide doors. ( No that RR have it, it seems to be up for reviewrolleyes)

Anyway, he exports the cars to a distributor in Italy who gets them registered there with no aparent problems. confused
