I like the idea of the ferry. But willing to go along with the majority.

Blu Oyster Palace booked I have booked the tunnel as I've moved an existing booking, but would meet you the other side. If people are on about taking the 8am boat on the way out, you won't get to the track until mid afternoon.

FUBAR said: What train times you got Ian? At the moment, I picked random times, just to move my existing booking to the correct weekend. I can change to suit, although I may go out Friday Here are the available times Going Out: At the moment I think a 06:50 looks good, as you'd have to be at Dover for 7ish for the 8am boat anyway Return: Get the 14:20 or 14:50, which would get us back UK side before 3PM, pre M25 mayhem

I'm liking the sound of those train times Ian. We'll be trackside ordering frites and mayo for lunch while those pansies are unloading at Dunkirk trying to digest their over priced, under portioned, burnt breakfast, still with 3 hours of driving ahead of them

We'll be larging it up in the club lounge with our complimentary drink after our reasonably-priced breakfast counting the money we saved while you sweat it out in the tunnel of gloom

FYP have you actually been in the club / executive lounge?
Its only a 'quieter' place with free tea and coffee

Takes me back to the crazeee 80s when I ate a full dinner on the ferry and downed a bottle of champers - on my own !! ( had to take 'a nap' before continuing on to the midlands )
