Well done Sir,it might not to be everyones taste but isn`t every Cerb individual?...to do that amount of work yourself takes dedication and it will be a work of art when finished.

That looks really good (IMHO) very brave of you to make the changes, I get more than enough criticism just for having a rear spoiler!

Have you got the moulds for the parts you've had made? There may be the opportunity to market some of the parts!

[running the gm ecu and wired in the original wired throttle.

Interested to know how you ran the gm ECU and wired in the original wired throttle as i have been told that is not possible! I'm running an LS3 with the GM ECU and although its extremely tracktable and well behaved i'm not sure about the fly by wire throttle as yet! be good to hear your solution! Great project by the way and the upmost respect for doing it all yourself :] fk the haters, as Andy said youve saved one there!

I concur, I like it as well, and I would expect the bodywork to do the talking. Hopefully it will come out in stealthy colour rather than something to blingy, however thats just my taste and each to their own. I think it would look awesome in a black or charcoal colour...

I like it, although I'm wondering if it would look better with sills/skirts to join the front and rear arches. Looking at the shot with the mocked up splitter, I think some skirts would complete the low/wide look. Maybe extend the bottom of the doors a bit, not sure. But I agree it will look really cool when painted, great work.

i quite like it. probably too late to say this but T350 headlights could pull it all together and help blend the curves and angles, seen it done on a griffith and it works really well.

It's hard to think that I started with this 4 1/2 years ago.

http://thumbsnap.com/sc/rz3mjGVb.jpg[/img]|http://t...

Picked up the car Sunday morning, sorry about the quality of the photos, couldn't resize and download with the new camera. The colour is blue mica, probably not everybodies choice but wanted to keep it the same colour. The paint job is not spot on perfect but costs and everything. I spent nearly three days rubbing down initially, the only thing I didn't do was on the gun. Much respect to people who do this for a living.

Many thanks to everyone who have posted on the subject. As regards to the fly by wire throttle, I've used all the modules and ignition key from the 55' monaro that the ls1 came from. Vauxhall told me that it would be nearly impossible to wire without the full loom but that just made me more intent to make it work. Got on to various websites and cross referenced diagrams. Didn't know it was going to work until i hit the button.
