I spoke to Richard at the NEC last year and he was talking about £3K to £3.5K for a basic Chassis was he still thinking the same?
Nope - a fair bit more than that - he said he doesn't have a final figure yet but it may well start with a 5 Shame someone doesn't just grab the original jig..?
At £5k plus then you'd have to have a very very bad chassis to consider.. Would be worth buying a 2nd cerb at that price and strip it..?

That's a lot of money for a few tubes of metal.. I guess it's to pay back the effort for jig build etc

Yes - it would be pretty difficult to write them off when bad ones (like mine!) can be repaired for <£3k. Does the original jig still exist then?Shame someone doesn't just grab the original jig..?

Check Verpoorten Technik Automotive.
They supply cerbera chassis, even a full stainless option.
About £7k fitted for the stainless one.
Check their FB page. They do some awesome work.
Kinda sucks they're located in bulgaria of something like that.

I was talking to a Belgian guy who has a company that on Facebook recently stated he hopes to have a new chassis available for the Cerbera on sale by the middle of next year
He ball-parked me 6k for a new zink plated, powder coated one fitted
Its on the Cerbera owners pages somewhere
I think that's the Verpoorten technik i was talking about. He ball-parked me 6k for a new zink plated, powder coated one fitted

His name sounds kind of belgian. But the workshop is located somewhere in bulgary or hungary or something like that.
They have them in steel, zinc plated or stainless
Well, because we can, or could, and i'd get a shiny new chassis, and so could others if there was a demand. I don't need a new one exactly but in a few years time it would be on the agenda i think.
6k for a cerb chassis is daylight robbery to be perfectly honest although obviously a niche market. If i'm more than likely to make a jig to replace mine then why not sell them also. At two thousand something there is plenty in it for it to be worthwhile doing.
