The bolt people are back in Monday i assume, anyone who wants them for upgrade from 322 to 330 can get them next week, i will hopefully get the other size spacers made up within the week, but i have the Autosport Show to prepare for also.
So you can buzz me Thursday onwards, phone number in profile.

You taking some down to the Autosport show then Brummie? I'll be at the show with the Rally, could come over and get some off you there?

My calipers are the 6-bolt type - yes, yes, I know they're minging. Going to sort that when fitting new brakes all round.

My discs appear to be 322mm. Can you still do front and rear pads? I know you're out of rear discs so will source those elsewhere as mine are frigged and make my pedal vibrate.

Hi Paul,

I have the 6 bolt CP5200's on a red rose Tuscan. Not sure what size discs I have at the moment. Just heard from Dom at Power that my brakes need some work although not sure what as yet. I had the front calipers reconditioned and the rears are new so I assume it is the discs that need work. Do you still have discs available for my set up?

As long as you have 6 bolts then yes, you have to tell me the current disc size to provide the right spacers.

Mine fitted, hopefully test today. Old discs were a tt to get off, but new ones were a dream. Should see a difference upgrading from 291 to 330mm discs

Thanks Paul (Brummmie)

Hi, my cerbera has developed quite heavy brake judder so I'm guessing it's discs are warped. do you have any 330mm discs still available? I have the same set up as below so I assume they're 322's.

I'll also have a set of pads too if you have any left?

Ahh so now the quoting is fked on this website too!

Check your drag link bushes as this is a classic cause of judder. Yet to hear of someone actually warping Cerb discs.

Yes, you could re drill the blocks, but beware how much meat is left.
but THE BEST way would be to change the uprights for later ones, the bolts screw straight in, but you will need new bolts as they are different length and thread.
Why do you want to change to the smaller caliper?

Argh now I'm all confused... I am mechanically retarded but I will jack her up tonight and have a look at the drag strut bushes.

Am I right in thinking this (in RED) is the drag strut and the green arrow is to the bush in question?

How do I check to see if its had it? Play in the steering, play in the wheel once its unloaded? Visual check for cracks etc.

I had assumed it was warped discs so am more than happy to get some nice new shiny 330's off Paul smile

Sorry to go off topic. PM me if need be.

Thanks
Lee

Yes thats it, get a pry bar or similar, look for the bush looking like its separating or just generally baggy, it will move a bit though as its a bush.
