Cerbera prices?
Discussion
Just an exceptional example from a dealer or signs of what's to come...?

Neither.
£34k is a whole heap of money and I can't see a Cerbera in that territory currently. I know there will be a torrent of "you people always talking them down...keeps prices low..." but come on - £34k?
Why would you buy this? I can buy one that needs work, body off, new chassis, new wishbones, new shocks, new just about everything, interior re-trim and a 4.7 AJP fresh engine and still have change from 34k. I know which I would rather have.
The only way will see Cerbera 34k prices anytime soon is if all owners decide overnight they are worth 34k and won't part with them for a penny less. Then if anyone wants one they are 34k.

Wow, very very nice.
Can you really buy one and fully restore/upgrade for less than 34K? Considering the sums I've seen people quote on engine rebuilds, suspension replacement etc I would have thought it works out pretty much the same or higher taking labour into account?
Either way, a really lovely car and nice to see one that has been fully restored like this.

I see it this way.
Base car £12k
4.7 engine £10K by the time you have a steel crank and rods put in it.
Chassis refurb and all suspension £10K inc labour
Interior re trim £3K
ICE £1K
paint £3K
ACT Sports exhaust with headers £2K
GAZ £.6K
I make that £41.6K so far and you have to wait for it to be done, this you can pick up tomorrow.

Personally.. If you were going to do all that, you'd buy a cheap one and DIY.. Base car £12k

More like:
7k for base car
10k for a 4.7
6k Chassis/suspension refurb (inc Nitrons/Ohlins/Intrax)
£500 ICE - Headunit and speakers.. Exhaust makes the music!
£3k spray
1.6k ACT headers (coated)
£700 exhaust
£29k..
Its a 98 4.5. As said earlier, you can get the work done this one has for 10/12K. This hasn't had any money spent on engine work. Mine was this mint after my body off work. Now its all dirty underneath. This is worth 20K tops.
I am all for keeping stuff clean, but Concours is such a bore. FFS! use it.

You’ve noticed that the price of TVR’s is climbing. You can’t afford a Sagaris and anyway you’ve got small children. You’ve been tempted by the TVR Cerbera 4.5 – the most powerful road-going TVR produced during Peter Wheeler’s reign at Blackpool. But you want one that’s absolutely immaculate. Stop trawling the classifieds ….You’ve found the car !
