I think a trade sale will hurt. Yes you get your money quick but at a price. I am surprised that you're having problems selling, if it wasn't for the project cerb I bought and a tax issue from 2011 which recently came to light (bloody accountants) I would have snapped it up.

Maybe heading into winter isn't helping...but just noticed your advert is marked as sold so I guess the deed is done.
