hiya guys
don't get on here much now but over the bank holiday I decided to dig the old girl out of the garage where shes been sittin unloved for over a year now.
battery was as flat as a pancake as you would expect but stuck another battery on her and she fired up straight away

last time it was otr was after andy at apm built another engine for it, I decided to stick with the ajp 4.2 to keep things original. shes still only covered 500 miles of the run in which is pretty complacent of me I know but the gtr 35 I bought has kind of taken over as an every day car which is why she was relegated to the garage.

anyway gave her a good wash and polish and took it for a run round the block a few times to blow the cobwebs away.
must say I had forgotten how lovely these cars sound, cant beat that v8 roar sounds like hell is opening its gates lol

feeling a little more love for it again now so may relegate the gtr to the garage for a bit and use the tvr as its like having a new car again after not driving it for so long

anyway hope everyone is all good on here and cars are all gleaming and running nicely

heres a couple pics I took of her

and proof that the gtr's been relegated to the garage
well until june anyway when its off to spa and le mans

2 days and going fine lol

its only when you hop out of the gtr into one of these you realise how raw they are (bit like the pulsar gtir's we do) but without the 4wd
just raw power and that noise is unbelievable, headache on a run though even with the cherry bombs I fitted.

theres also a westfield megabusa in my garage and a 568bhp pulsar
plus a Nissan rasheen pulsar based hideously ugly jeep that will soon be running around 650bhp but will be totally stealth and ugly looking
yeah I have a weird selection of vehicles for sure but love all of them as there all so different to drive

is this the one you had a project build going with spongy?

ive not been on here for months and months so assuming you finished the car now unless that was another you was doing!

ive now covered 530 miles so only another 1000 to go before shes fully run in, got to be the longest run in ever on a car, maybe in 10 years time I will have covered that mileage lol
