Quick one..

Does anyone have a source for the catalyst to exhaust flanges for a Cerb. I am in the process of making an exhaust for my Chimaera that allows me to bolt in and out the Cats from my Cerb.

Had a trawl around the skip in the local worst place but nothing matched properly.

Cheers,

Matt

Might be an expensive way of doing it, but if you bought a pair of cerbera decat pipes you'd get the corect male and female flares and the flat clamping plates all in one, chop the decats in half and you have the correct ends to weld to your chimaera .. ?
I'm assuming you're fitting them to twin pipes and not trying to cram just one cat into the single straight section by the sump?

This is what I had made when I went silenced de cat box's so if needed the cats can go back in. Used one old flange from the cats for the new box. Does the trick.

Basically I have turbos on the Chim so want to install a CAT for MOT time, I have a spare exhaust which I am modding so this is for MOT only. From my rough measurements they will fit in a similar position to the Cerbs.

My previous attempt used a single Cerb CAT with one of the two pipes blocked at the end just for the MOT - I could not get it to pass emissions despite fiddling around with the map (Having said that I have learned a bit more about mapping since then).

Unfortunately I can't cut and shut the cats as I need them for MOT time for the Cerb. I'll see if I can find decat pipes, good shout there!
