CORRECT TYRE PRESSURE - 18 INCH SPIDERS --TOYO TYRES.???
Discussion
If you want the correct pressure for your tyres on your car to suit your driving then you need to use a thermometer. You can get cheap IR thermometers reasonably priced on eBay etc.
Inflate your tyres to 24psi then drive for a few miles. Stop and measure the temperature of the tread at each edge of the tread pattern and in the middle of each tyre. If the middle is cooler than the edges then the tyre is under inflated, if the middle is hotter than the edges then it is over inflated. Adjust pressures so you get an even temperature gradient across the tyre. That is the perfect pressure for your individual car and driving style.
ETA it will probably be close to 24psi anyway

All true as long as the geo is set up correctly.Inflate your tyres to 24psi then drive for a few miles. Stop and measure the temperature of the tread at each edge of the tread pattern and in the middle of each tyre. Temps is best way to check but will come down to tracking being accurate too.
Mine was all setup at Center Gravity and i'm running 25psi Rear. 27psi Front
Fronts are taking a lot more weight so should need a fraction more pressure
I thought Cerbs are pretty much 50:50 due to the engine being set so far back?Mine was all setup at Center Gravity and i'm running 25psi Rear. 27psi Front

Can anyone tell me the correct tyre pressures for 18 inch spiders with toyo tyres . THANKS
Hi mate, had been running 24/26psi on my 18" spiders but TVR Power now advise 28psi all round for road and 24/26 if on track.Recently changed to 18" SP12s and run the advised 28psi all round, feels great but not massively different. I'm happy with the 28 setup
