What have you done to your car today......

Looking good there Sandy.
I charged mine up after my period off the trickle charger, which proved it's just like all other Cerbs..I Got cocky after using it for a couple days down in Peterborough and then up to Fife.
All charged, machine polished and ready for the local Classic Car Show tomorrow. A bit more work on the passenger side and the paint will be looking tip-top. Really pleased with how it looks.
A Cheeky little run this evening to make sure it was all good.

Mines mounted to behind my seat. Seeing if there was a fire I'd be getting out so seemed the best place and not in my way mounted in front of the seat.
I mounted mine into the back of my passengers seat (Tuscan style seat) that way it's very easy for me to reach and realease. (I could do it whilst driving and not looking at it) as said its to buy me get out time lolIncognegro said:

Car stripped out ready for trimming - fire extinguisher and battery rough fixed for position. Extinguisher pull handle will be fixed under dash. Pull handle and jets under bonnet and in boot space deploy.I'm thinking about installing a trimmed mdf panel over the top to give a flat surface for storage.

Reset the throttle pots.
She wasn't running as she should with a low rpm hesitation and shunting a little so plugged the lap top in and the near side was reading 13.7 while drivers side was 14.4, set both to 14.4 and not all is smooth once more.
Just bought a pair for mine £55 each! I've one thats fluctuating around a volt at the lower end.She wasn't running as she should with a low rpm hesitation and shunting a little so plugged the lap top in and the near side was reading 13.7 while drivers side was 14.4, set both to 14.4 and not all is smooth once more.

Yes - Will need to sort out an amble. Took it all of 500 yards today to the Giffnock Classic Car Show.
A friend had his Tuscan there too - Donations for the Erskine hospital rattle in echange for sitting in the Tuscan went very well. Amazing the cross section of people wanting to sit in it.
Some fantastic classic/custom American metal. Made the Cerbera seem quite quiet.
Spent a day at Blyton park with my son and Mark Hales giving it some excercise. Now it's laid up there wating to have yet another clutch. Bloody good day though and only one 360 and one minor off.
Faultless and truly scary until my last session when it developed TVR clutch syndrome.
If anyone ever needs a damn good instructor note that name. He took my son from total novice to damn fast in one day.

Is that "the" Mark Hales who had the issue with David Piper and the 917. Faultless and truly scary until my last session when it developed TVR clutch syndrome.

Richard at RT talked me out of that as did a couple of other people. All assuring me that if it's fitted right and with the right parts the original arrangement is perfectly OK. Sorry but after 3 bells, 2 OE and 3 raceproved slaves, 2 masters and 3 covers/plates done by 3 different reputable suppliers in 15k miles of ownership I am calling bks on the original setup.
It's off to Brendan in Sheffield on a low loader this morning and we will talk options later when he's opened it up and diagnosed it.

Car dropped off at D&C Trim. Spent the afternoon running through the colour scheme, design and just having a laugh and a chat.
What a great bunch, can't wait to see the results
What are you having done and care to share rough costs of items/work...What a great bunch, can't wait to see the results
It's on my list of things I cant afford to do...
So sorry to hear that John... better luck ahead I hope.
My baby came home today...Here I go.
After my contact with Bollard at the south end meet that disturbed my door magnet car went into Topcats Racing for that to be fixed, while there I fitted some new drilled rears (TVR Parts) they forget to mention that the Handbrake adjuster needs to be drilled!! while changing one T1 R feel apart as it was in horrendous condition PITA but all done and sorted 2 rear 595-RSRs (awesome)
interior switch lights all updated to bright LEDs, Silver key now out and replaced with a chrome/blue halo LED latching button (very nice)
Warning buzzer fitted for headlights if left ion and engine off (we've all done it)
No more cig lighter instead thats been replaced with a flip cover that reads "DC 12v"
Lovely new scuttle stays now on and its brill. Carbon wrap and chrome "Speed Six" lettering to plug cover.
and MASSIVE thanks to Dave at DC Trim sorted me an Ashtray spring... Very kind indeed so a drinks on its way via Revvit... lol
Lovely drive home to bed rear discs, where i topped up with oil and have been admiring.

I've been meaning to do that mod for a while. This post on the Tuscan forum has all the details.
I think it's relay 11 for a Cerb.

PS aide your Android OBD app does that also operate on a speed 6?
Thanks
Hello Thanks
Yep - works on any model with either a Speed 6 or AJP V8.
The RS-AJP WiKi has all the details you need.
