Drove it some more, decided that when the silver wheels look black from brake dust and the car looked two toned that I really should wash it, so it had a quick spruce up.

I got mine home for the first time since I moved house on Thursday, took it out in the wet on Friday and decided to clean it yesterday. After cleaning it, I took it out for a few miles to dry the brakes off and brought it home filthier than it started! frown

So I put it away to hope the cleaning fairy visits.

Changed the diff oil and had a look around under there while it was draining. Noticed the diff bushes looked quite new so that's a job I wont need to do. Also did an oil change as its 12 months since the last but only 1,100 miles.

Sat in traffic on the M25.

However first service on the 4.7 was done by APM on Monday and only 750 miles to go before new injectors and a remap!

I don't suppose you saw my Cerb there at the same time did you? It's also in for a 4.7 upgrade...

I am afraid not. The only other car in the workshop was a black one with a yellow chassis that I believe djstevec may know something about!

I think Andy moves them to his secure storage unit once the engine is out. When did you take it in?

I picked mine up from it's MOT and 6K service, she also clocked up the 55K miles on the run home.

It never fails to astound me how much better the car feels after a proper service, she is puffing nowcloud9
