Well, seen as you ask....

Manifolds

I was advised to trial fit before sending for coating, they fit fine.

No gasket came for the lower drivers side detachable pipe.
Quality of the welds, not neat but structurally acceptable.
Had to open out a bolt holes to allow m10 bolt on above pipe.
Passenger lower holes opened out to allow fitment.
Designwise they are compromised by the nature of room available; but that's life!
The internal joints and steps took me 12hrs with a die grinder to finish off, I digress...
To put into perspective a four pot manifold for my integra retails at 1k for a perfect example from the states.

Zircotec ,
Quality of finish perfect
Customer relations poor, I was told 15 working days, it took 25!
On fitting looks like the manifold have moved in the coating process, heat I think so now the are touching the gearbox and I will need to make a bracket, hey ho
Overall I'm happy wink

Handbrake cables
Fuel filter
Crank shaft oil seal
Engine oil cooler pipes
Maybe new clutch
Brake fluids change
Clutch fluid change
Diff oil changed
Engine oil change
Think that's it

Mine needed fettling to fit. Poor Neil Garner had them on and off several times and adjusted so it sufficiently cleared everything all around. I also have a bracket that they made when they did the chassis renovation project.

Checked the rear brake rattle.....the little springs seemed a bit tired and one was broken. Been pissing me off as I could hear the rattle over my sports exhaust, a bit like a jar of loose nail in a bottle in the boot! So I changed for slightly stronger ones, about to check it out, let you know in a couple days if it's worked. I was going to fit the 3m rubber shims but with brand new pads I don't think you could fit much more than a couple of fag papers in there.

frown been for twenty mile run out, in the rain too, and there's still a slight rattle from the OSR. I'll have another look another day and try to see if the 3m pads can be fitted too......must get the stutter around 1k8rpm sorted out too...

Just fit the spring plates as per GT6K's thread, you won't look back.

Drove to Bicester Heritage Sunday, clutch went (broken fingers) on the way back. Did around 40 miles with no clutch and made it home. About time I guess, original clutch and 52K miles.

Great lads and can highly recommend them, they made a top job of my decats.
Agreed. Used them several times on various cars and they are very good, reasonable prices and a pleasure to do business with.
