Having had new tyres fitted, noticed the car seemed 'floaty'. Just thought it was the release agents but checked the pressures and they were all 32psi+.

Dropped them to 24/26 and its much much better.

Worth a look at yours.Reassembling the rear brakes on my 4.2 came across these poor specimens for calliper spacers !!.. looks as though someone had already replaced one of them for a steel substitute but the other three ..mmm.. quick ten minutes on the lathe and a new set of stainless replacements.

I pay people to do that.

Ref Kop Hill Climb, it's in princess Risborough
So not to far to travel.
Put it into Google and try to come along, I believe a few TVR's from the Oxford group will be coming along ..... Until then try not to tinker to much!

fair play and I do concur with that but hmmmm... not saying any names but the culprit has a lot to answer especially as I know you pay top dollar to keep your cars in A1 condition. All I can say is Warren and the Topcats guys played me a blinder!

The date might not work for me, so gonna see what I can juggle mate. You taking the R8 or Tusgaris?

Looks like I'll be missing kop hill this year. Was planning on going but can't this year.

As for what I've done to my car. I swapped it round on my drive so I can drive it to work tomorrow and quick wash as it was very dusty.

Inspired by Plug I've refurbed my badge.
I've used resin instead of paint, only because it was free from work.

So you are. Not even half hour. If you get all the pieces together happy to head over and help. Or as said come over here and do it as I know what I have to hand tool and spares wise

Great can you give me a shopping list of what we'll need... Other than the gauge of course. In your opinion oil temp and water temp or oil pressure and water temp ( as currently measured)?

Cheers

Fitted my dab radio, which worked fine in the garage but not out and about for some reason. But still need to connect power to the antenna which I put in the boot on the rhs (dra6001 I think it's called from dabsonwheels).

Ever since fitting it my blipper no longer turns off the immobiliser and I have to use the key thingy. But my driver's window now goes up faster lol. Gotta love TVR electrics!

That looks good. I love the white on blue.
I looked into using resin but never used it before, didn't know what to use and didn't want to mess up the badges to much.

Just received the bonnet lock rods from my dad after he re-engineered them for me. I really didn't fancy paying £100 for a new pair, and these look much stronger anyway.
