Tuscan is a Speed 6 and from your profile it looks like your Cerbera is a 4.2, so different engines, different exhausts. It will not fit, they are completely different size, shape and design.

If you don't have any luck getting some this is an alternative.
I bought 2 of these very cheap cats and then knocked the stuffing out with a big screwdriver. This has the added bonus that the car still looks as though it has cats just in case an eagle eyed VOSA man on a roadside check has a look.

How are they working out? Any noticeable improvements or issues?

They were a perfect fit and it only took a couple of minutes to destroy the honeycomb section inside. They are fine as decat pipes which is what I wanted and the cost was slightly less than decats sold by TVR dealers.
I was very lucky to find 2 genuine Cerb cats being sold with just 4,000 miles of use so they are wrapped and stored in a warm place ready for the MOT.
With a Powerflow back box I'm fairly sure she's too noisy for track days etc. Also has the ACT performance manifolds but I didn't notice any power gain/loss.

Act manifolds gave me around 20bhp over my cracked originals. Lets joo's at 361 bhp, replaced the cracked manifolds and it was 380.8bhp.

Was it mapped after the new manifolds?

No it was mapped before, the new manifolds gave the additional without any other changes.

I didn't notice any improvement simply because the original manifolds were cracked, the management light was on and it was misfiring so it wasn't going well anyway. After fitting the new manifolds, replaced coils, leads, plugs etc and then set her up using the software and she runs well now. Obviously much better than before but I cant say what difference the manifolds themselves made. But they look very nice.

I spent a long time trying exhaust systems, recording noise levels and power curves after getting ripped off with an exhaust system. I then took the car to joo for mapping and it left with 361 bhp, but he said it was limited by the cracked manifold and my super quiet 2.5" exhaust. I swapped out the manifolds (well had someone do it) and Charlie at Surrey rolling road again synod it at smidgen under 381 bhp, so a definite 20 bhp gain on my car.
