Bit of a shortsighted remark that!
Glad the OP ok though and as others have said you can buy another Cerb :-)
ok, hooning it might be a bit short sighted, but certainly not driving to the conditions of the road. Especially if nobody else was involved and such serious injuries were incurred.Glad the OP ok though and as others have said you can buy another Cerb :-)
Byker28i you are indeed correct bike riders do I've lost count of the tyres ive had to scrub in on track and road. There's nothing like scrubbing in fresh tyres in morning practice when the tracks damp to get your attention and sharpen your ability to feel for grip!
Rear tyres were fully scrubbed fronts not so much I just think it was the wet road, bumps, lack of steering lock just unfortunate all at the same.
DJR7 yep onwards and upwards I wanted a car that wasn't full of technology and was a bit of fun. The TVR ticks all the box's for fun and lack of techno. I'm undecided what's next I'll have to wait till the ins co come back with a repair or total loss.
I still fancy a V8

Glad to hear you're OK, these cars can step out very quickly when it's wet and by the time you realise whats happened it's too late
I put my T350 in a ditch end of last August in the p155ing rain coming out of a 90deg corner, not going quick but I think I caught the white line and just put a smidge too much power down and bang - it was gone, even caught the slide till the rear wheel hit the very sodden grass verge. Unfortunately it can happen to all and with it coming up to slippy season it's a good reminder to all to just exercise a little caution

Hi everyone,
I would like to get a cerbera and would prefer a 4.5 but how much real world difference is there between the 2. It' will only be a weekend play thing with the odd day into work . I'm not looking to wildly exceed the national limit. More torque delivery, in gear acceleration and of course how easy it lights the rear wheels up.
Thanks
Clive
So how many miles did you actually manage to do ? I would like to get a cerbera and would prefer a 4.5 but how much real world difference is there between the 2. I don't think so. The guy who had what is now my car inspected but bought a white Cerb instead lasted around a fortnight I seem to recall. His friend hoofed it in a tunnel and spun it, pulverising the whole car. Pity, as it was beautiful prior to.otp said:
