25th April...sorry thats the only details I have. I understand Joolz's place is quite difficult to find so I imagine directions will be given in due course?

Slight OT
Rich V6; what is the capacity of a 4.2 with a 4.7 bottom end? The difference between a 4.2 and 4.5 is the bore. Is it the same stroke and hence a 4.2, or is it a longer stroke and hence a 4.4?

Power's 4.7 overbore with standard stroke and 4.2 induction, loads of torque but runs out of steam at high revs.

Your build must have escaped me....Standard crank? Big or small journal? Billet or standard?
No work on the 4.2 intakes at all, not even knife edging the bUtterflys and flush screws.? Often wonder if the top end is more to do with the air box size and shape than the intakes themselves as the butterfly's should flow enough for top end. The air boxes are smaller than the 4.5's. Then again depends what you call top end, even cam timing can rock the torque curve up or down the Rev range I.e. Optimised for low or high end Rev work....

I'll be watching results with interest.

So will I!!

Standard crank - unsure of journal size, Jools modified the inlets some time ago before the rebuild.

Bit late to this, but hope you don't mind me joining in. I'm only coming along so as to make sure the rest of you aren't bottom of the HP stakes.

Preparing myself for embarrassment.

Not sure if other Marques are allowed, but it would be great to come along and join the day and will happily step down for
any TVR.

Where are all the 4.7ltr cars. I would have thought the 4.7 engine builders would have been keen to showcase their upgrades, they will never get a better window to display products. Would also be nice to have some speed six cars as well.

I will come up with the 4.7 as long as My calendar allows it. I won't know until the end of March.
