Wiper Wheel Box change how to?

Any ideas how you're supposed to get at the wheel boxes to change them? I've removed 2 bolts from the cover that shields the wiper boxes and wiper cable but it won't budge. Is there something I'm missing?

What sort of Cerb?

On my S6 two pop rivets and the nuts on the drives to the wiper arms hold the panel mentioned. If you need to access the wiper motor to undo the drive you'll also need to remove or at least undo the header tank and bracket near the battery to gain access.

4.2 V8. I've got the header tank and the motor off but the cover/box with the wiper boxes and cables in it refuses to budge.

Edit: Found the problem. Theres 3 holes in the front of the box/panel plugged with rubber bungs. Behind each of the bungs theres a bolt.
