My Radtec's been in for nearly five years without any issue. I've also fitted a Fair few to customers cars without any problems. I suspect it's poor fitment that leads to failure.

Poor fitment and possibly the odd manufacturing defect..

Mine is 5yrs old + and fine also.

There might have been a change in the radtech design. The fan cowl which seemed to have failed on the example given is seam welded on mine and very unlikely to fail in the way described. I wonder if radtech have learn't from previous spot welded on fan cowls

R My radtec failed in the same way as yours, despite being mounted correctly, not a massive leak just enough to leave the odd puddle after a run, I hope they have improved
