cherry bomb

hi cerb guys.
i used to have one.
now im in the griff dept.
i often wonder about coming back to the cerb, but the fpc was always so harsh and im not sure i ever really warmed to it.
mine was a straight through affair and id need to do that again if i was to reinvest, but does a cherry bomb soften that harshness at all ?
is there someone here that has done that and has a sound clip ?
or for that matter any other decatted shenanigans that make it more howly than barky ?

I'm currently welding some cherry bombs together to go where the cats normally go.
Because I, like you, didn't like the metallic sound without the cats.

Good to hear that nils.
I'm never really sure what it is I don't like about it.
I think it could sound better...but I don't really know how.
