Cut out and a little rough under 2k

The car was great on the way back from good wood, 3 hours of driving and was fine yesterday but today took her out and she cut out at a roundabout. I got a little further on and pulled over she cut out again. The idle was quite low at about 7ish. I decided to abort the trip and went back home. Driving back under 2 thousand rpm was a little rough above that was fine. Got home and the car cut out again when stopped. Any ideas? Only thing different is I ran super unleaded today not optimax

My first port of call would be the Lambda sensors, plug a lap top into the ECU and take a look at what they are doing.

These optimal and super unleaded is in reality just a branding thing and does not really effect how a car will run.
