Same as mine.I spend a while getting it set to the right height at Snetterton playing with the ride height to get the right compliance, it rides so much better higher than when it looked great really low but the springs ran out of travel too quickly.

Having checked the invoice, it just states upgraded suspension. It's not done all that much mileage since 2007 ( when they was fitted) so maybe the dampers are good still and just needs springs fitting

Protechs on mine with 450 fronts and 400 rears. Works very well even though it's not the most expensive setup by a good margin. I suppose if I was slinging it round a track competitively I might go more upmarket but for road use it's fine and a big improvement on the original even though they were not high mileage.
Finally got my new shocks fitted , went for Protech 600 single adjustable in the end.
Set the fronts to 10 clicks in on the front, rears 8 clicks in.
I set the preload up very quickly, making sure the front and rear were set equal.
I do need to do some measuring to get it spot on, until then I have driven it twice and both times it has felt awful ! I have taken 100 steps back with regards to the handling.
Going to get the front and rear measurements sorted out, then see how it is.
Any other advise on this?

set the shocks to half way on both front and rear, then adjust for height settings as mentioned before. I generally always found 10mm higher at the back suited.
Then if it's too harsh slacken off the shocks front and rear. Split half works well. I actually like my ride soft, for handing all the crap roads.

Hi guys not wanting to go off topic. I currently am on Nitrons (set up by Power), absolutely love them. with Suplex springs (not sure of thier rates supplied by nitron I believe)? I have been thinking of upgrading the springs to Eibach springs for a slightly stiffer ride can anyone advice of Spring rates that work well in the Eibachs to give confidence in high long speed corners so I have good stiffness/less roll but still comfortable over bumps etc. Sorry if I'm asking the impossible.

Went out and checked the ride height, it wasn't far off what it needs to be which was a good bit of guess work !
I backed off the damping front and rear a bit to give it a bit more feel, also I thought I best check the tyre pressure, bit of a shocker as found them all to be at 38psi!! Now I know why the car didn't feel to good, I had the wheels refurbished maybe a month ago and as the car went away to str8six I just totally forgot about checking the tyre pressure.
After setting the pressures to 24psi all round (18" wheels) and going out for a test run it's now 100% better! Still not quite where I want it but at least it will go in a straight line now!
