There is a reserected thread re the diff from the current (?) owner. Think you contributed to that thread.
Seems to be a powerful car. Julian at kits n classics may know it as there is mention of a rolling road (nobles) in one thread.
I'd be surprised if it's over 420 bhp... I'll eat my hat if it gets to 500 without forced induction, turbo, yank v8 or nitro.

Haha yes I'm going down this weekend and will hopefully be driving her home.
Car was apparently pushing about 430hp which seems to be about right to me.
I'm intreagued as to why the last owner only kept the car for a short period as it does look to be in great condition.
Any info on this car would be nice. I do have the TVRCC mags with it in

Congrats. Joolz has had more than a few cerbera on his rolling road and mine was the 3rd most powerful ever with a quick remap (on short induction) at 423. If yours could hit 430 on his rollers then it's about as high as ever seen. Mine has had a reasonable amount of engine work to get to that power so you should have some invoices to back it up? Mine has had the heads worked to improve flow, a 2.5 exhaust, de catted, total rings, wired liners, optimised cr, copper gaskets etc etc then has a different gear box and diff plus lightened flyvwheel and nitrons. Makes for an exciting drive..!
I'm only going by what is on cerheads profile page and the car club magazine, but it looks to have had a substantial amount of work done on the engine and car. The air box mod and bonnet are back to standard now as for the rest of the mods I've no idea where it is today.
Sounds like it could be on the rolling road again to what's happening today. If it's anywhere near the 400 up I will be happy.

Looking at the spec I wouldnt be suprised if it is 430bhp after all ! I think I have the same diff albeit I have lightened fly wheel and a different gear box set up (60 in 1st!).

Sounds like you have the same gearbox and diff as I have in my Tuscan 2S. Almost 60 in first and nearly 100 in second. After that the gears are standard. I think that set up is ideal on a Tuscan. I can't find anything saying if the gearbox in JAR1Y is standard or a close ratio (tall first and second) gearbox.

Gazzab, didn't yours make 436bhp on standard induction before you had it rebuilt?
Yes it did but I dont believe the numbers to be honest. I wanted to believe but it wasnt run by Joolz - his dyno but different operator. That was on long induction too. So very unlikely to be an 'accurate' number. You guys seem to be getting some very good numbers out of the Cerbera's, very encouraging when I'm getting rid of my 2S for a four seater car
This one is fitted with an emerald ECU, I have no idea on the pros and cons of the different ECU's being used today, what are peoples thoughts on the Emerald one?
Maybe I should have a run down to Joolz and see what it does on his rolling road.

sounds like a good idea Gazzab, although I know the air boxes are no longer fitted and the bonnet is now the standard one.
my only concern would be if it has a few BHP down on yours and I would then need to spend a mountain of money of getting a few more BHP
is a rolling road session expensive?
