Morning all,

The SPA gauge for oil pressure and coolant temp needs a +ve and -ve connection.

What would be a good place to tap into a +ve feed? I'm simply going to use the -ve that was used for the light bulb in the original gauge, presumably this will be sufficient. Obviously I can't use the +ve for the bulb as that would mean the gauge would only work when the lights are on...

This might seem like a numpty question but being colour blind I'm afraid electrics have never been my strong point......If you can tell me where to look I'll ask my missus to confirm the wire colour.

Cheers

Green on either the tacho or speedo is +12V when the ignition is on according to the wiring diagram. There is also green on the fuel gauge which looks to be 12V ignition live too but check it's not always live as I can't remember whether the fuel gauge reads with the ignition off on the cerbera.
