Evenin' all!

Seems to have been ages since I have posted anything in here, but I'm back!

What are you all using as year round tyres these days? I am currently running a set of tired Toyo T1Rs, which I don't seem to be able to find anymore.

Kumho v70's most of the time, a great tyre that really suits the Cerbera, not great in standing water but a good all round tyre a simply brilliant in the dry.

Hi Ian wavey
Nice to hear that you're still doin' it !

The answer is: Don't run the same tyres all year round.

Get a second set of wheels and run winter tyres on 'em.

Hi All

Sorry, been away, so didn't catch up with the posts.

That's exactly what I am thinking about at the moment, Paul. I have a set of spiders that I would probably use as "sensible" all year, and then I have a set of SP12s that I would put sticky summer stuff on...

I'm using Uniroyal rainsport 3's

I figured as it's nearly always raining, a tyre with rainsport in the title must be good. So far, they've never broke traction unless I've provoked it, so I'm really pleased with them.

Only the "R" variety from what I have heard, the R denoting the race compound tyres so not great in cold or wet.
