4.7's have no more bhp than a short induction prepared 4.5. There are many disappointed 4.7 owners on here that have not achieved the expected power. Usually the larger capacity increases torque, with some achieving a 'squared engine' set of results. If the 4.5 achieved the factory stated bhp output it would easily leave any rover engines car behind. Short induction usually achieves this. Love the low down grunt of the RV8, but can't beat the speed of the AJP.
