I've had a plinth 3d printed to hold the reg plate, a new grill and dog bite grills and the light surrounds were 3d printed before being machined from alloy. Lots of opportunities to fettle and it's relatively quick to do (I'm told).

I thought there was a separate thread on this but I can't find it

If anyone is thinking of printing one for themselves, please let me know as I'm warming to the idea of fitting one

I glued mine, upside down, to the engine cover, works nicely enough. I may silicon them into place better, as I know I didn't use the right glue really.

The lights and DRL/indicators are around £450. Add to that a MK3 Chimaera headlight conversion plus the shroud needed to bridge the gap between the 2" lights and the 7" aperture and I reckon it's the thick end of a grand. But, I can see for miles and miles with them.

They look a little strange - is that a sleve, inside another sleeve so the lights fit? Wasn't there a 7" alternative, so keeping the original look.
I think my silver backing is starting to go slightly so it may be something I have to look at
