If you look at a post with a pic then hit the 'quote' button you can then see where they got teir pic hosted eg photobucket. Then upload your pics then display on PHeads (as per the quote approach).

Photobucket, it`s free. Copy the IMG code and paste. Hang on a minute, some git`s trying to knick my car!
